Our 2019 West Tualatin View PTC Annual Auction is on March 9, 2019.

Parent Teacher Club of WTV raises approximately $46,000 a year to support a variety of learning needs at our school. You helped us raise more than $20,000 during the All Star Fun Run. We hope that you will partner with us again to raise the remaining $25,000 during this event. Help us get to the finish line!

Event timeline:

Doors open, cocktail hour and silent auction begins – 5: 30 pm
Dinner service begins – 6:30 pm
Live auction begins – 7:30 pm
Checkout and event wrap up – 8:30 pm

Once you are checked out, hang out until 10:00 pm
 

Dress Code - 100% casual and comfortable
 

Know before you go!

Parking: There will be parking available at the Elks Lodge. We also encourage utilizing Lyft/Uber.

Check-in: When you arrive, you will go through a check-in process during which you will get your drink tickets and bid number.

Food: Your ticket covers delicious options from Koi Fusion, including chips and salsa and a meal, plus dessert from Ruby Jewel. Food options accomodate vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan diets. 

Drinks: Each person will receive two drinks with their ticket purchase. We are featuring custom drinks from Straightaway Cocktails including Cosmos, Lintik, Old Fashioned and Negroni!  Additional drinks (cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic) are also available for purchase.

Seating will be open and shared.
